Click on file manager and select your website if you have multiple websites shared on the same Cpanel.
Now should be at your WordPress website file manager.
be sure you selected all the folders and files in the directory, The main WordPress core files (wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes) and the rest of the files.
After that you will be able to download your WordPress Website Backup zip file.
Next you have to backup your database. at the cPanel you will find Databases > phpMyAdmin
click on phpMyAdmin, at you phpMyAdmin select your database and export it.
download should start automatically and you will get your database_name.sql file. Congratulation after following the previous steps you should have your Manual WordPress website backup completed ( website.zip and database_name.sql).
